Mojlab shall respond to all objections no later than 8 days after the receipt hereof and propose a way to resolve them. In case that complaints are not resolved amicably, these shall be resolved before a competent court in Podgorica.
In case that any provision of these General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Services is found to be illegal, void or unenforceable, such provision shall, despite the above, be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, whereas the part of the provision that is found unenforceable shall be exempted from these General Terms and Conditions for Use of Services.
